Our Company has been established since
1952. It is the culmination of two manufacturing plants located in
Warsaw. Currently, it is a affiliated company of THE BUMAR
CAPITAL GROUP. Our team comprises around 400 personnel who are
all highly skilled and qualified professionals, with many years of
experience in their given fields.

Product Line |
Our product line comprises of approximately
300 different types of electrical, mechanical and electronic devices
and instruments that fulfil a variety of purposes and functions. Each
item we manufacture is designed and built according to relevant International
and established Industry Standards.
The following is a short description listing of our product line:
1. Aircraft Instruments and Devices
a/ pilot navigational instruments for aeroplanes,
helicopters and gliders (being barometric, gyroscopic, electrical
or magnetic):

product using the laser technology.
4. Autopilot systems for automated course,
track and position control (DSP) of ships
5. Purpose built elastic elements for various
applications:
- bellows
- membranes
- expansion joints (bellow compensators)
for pipelines with a diameter range from 15 to 1200 mm
6. Electromagnetic valves for industrial installations.
7. Light alloy die casting of items not exceeding
the parameters of (250 x 250 x 80) mm and 1.2 kg in weight.

Apart from universal machine tools, we also employ the use of many
specialised machinery and installations:

- wire winders for coils (including toroidal
type coils) & potentiometers
- clean room rated at class 10000 according
to MIL. Std. 209B specifically for the assembly of precision mechanisms
& assemblies
- product test beds & installations
such as vibrators (both preset & programmable) & shock
vibrators, barometric & climatic chambers, humidity &
salt mist chambers & a chamber for thermal shock testing

Background |
|
Research and development by our Engineering Division delivers the
right results for the introduction of new products to our production
and assembly lines. Our expertise and installations enable us not
only to deliver our own product range, but others that may be subject
to differing specifications or licensing arrangements.
Having our own laboratories enables us to
implement the environmental tests demanded by the aviation industry
in accordance with International Standards as well as designing
and developing our own set of stringent test types and parameters
for the products we manufacture or develop. Our large capacity tooling
workshop makes it possible for us to design, develop and manufacture
special tools, jigs, gauges, measuring devices and test beds.
